    not really
when you determine yourself to not procastinate…you procastinate anyway so there isn't really a way to stop it, just your common sense and organizational skills i guess

Same. Weird how I was going to ask the SAME thing. I've spent hours online. It's 10 PM and I still haven't started on homework. Homework is a crime. It shouldn't exist. Don't they realize there are too many distractions at home? As if I didn't spend enough hours in school practically as a slave.

Procrastination is nothing more than a mental outlook that makes you believe that you would rather do something more pleasurable or something not stressful versus something you know you "should" do.

Unfortunately, the only way to unlearn that sort of behavior is you have to fall so hard and so deep that you begin to realize the truth that life isnt about how much pleasure you achieve, but rather how much pain you can avoid. And once you learn that truth, only then do you realize that procrastination in the long run causes you much greater pain and anguish. You have to teach yourself to see the big picture and think of the long term effects versus immediate pleasure. No speech, no lectures can ever change you in this regard. Its something you have to learn the hard way in order to believe it. The question is how much pain and anguish do you wish to endure before you are willing to believe it?
